He never rushes us—always takes the time to answer our questions and explain things clearly. We moved out of the area several years ago, but gladly make the drive back just to keep coming here. Dr. Brown is always so nice and great with the kids he makes them feel so special and seen, he always remembers everyone’s names including parents. The techs are so sweet and gentle. TVs on the ceilings for the kids. Books and toys. Both my boys had to get cavity fillings pretty young and I was SO nervous. They both did great but I don’t think it was just their nature - it was Dr. Brown and his team. I’ve seen them deal with kids who spit, cry and scream gracefully and professionally.
